My mom writes Christian books. Most of them are just for girls. If you know someone 6-12 or 13, they may like these books. You can get them on amazon or at Family Christian bookstore.
Our family did this one (guide to the Bible below) for devotions, even my brothers. We all help with designing and testing crafts, recipes and puzzles when my mom is writing a book. Since we do that, she takes some of us to the big Christian book convention each July.
This series is for 6-9 but really a five-year old could do these books too.
